ANY CHANGES on shipping address or credit card changes must be brought to our attention a minimum of 14 business days before the 1st of each month. To investigate and make these changes does take some time and can not be done the day before or the day of Subscription launch. 
-NEVER EMAIL CREDIT CARD INFO! All details must be changed by the customer on the subscription portal for privacy reasons to protect your payment details. 

If payment fails the morning of the day of maker monthly launch,  you will be asked to update payment information and THERE IS A CHANCE YOU WILL MISS YOUR CHANCE AT A BOX FOR THAT MONTH AND SUBSCRIPTION CAN BE CANCELED DUE TO PAYMENT BEING DECLINED!
